In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly indicates otherwise. These definitions apply throughout the entire agreement, including all supplementary policies incorporated by reference.

These Terms and Conditions, together with the 78go Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules or promotional terms published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and 78go with respect to your use of the platform.

By completing the registration process, clicking "I Agree," accessing any game, or depositing funds into your 78go account, you acknowledge that you have read and fully understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be legally bound by them.

If you are accessing the 78go platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms. 78go does not accept accounts operated on behalf of third parties for gaming purposes.

To register and maintain an active account on the 78go platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations enforced by PAGCOR.
• You must be a natural person — corporate or organizational accounts are not permitted for player wagering purposes.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws of the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the platform.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of 78go, its game providers, or its affiliated entities.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the 78go platform or any PAGCOR-licensed gaming platform for violation of applicable rules.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

Each player may register and maintain only one (1) account on the 78go platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or through the use of another person's credentials — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal full name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and email address. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. 78go is not liable for any loss resulting from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 78go account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify 78go support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. 78go will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.

78go reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms or applicable regulations.

78go accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI bank transfer, BDO bank transfer, Metrobank transfer, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed at the time of each transaction.

All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) where applicable. USDT deposits are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. 78go does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees independently.

By depositing funds into your 78go account, you represent and warrant that:

• The funds deposited are your own lawfully obtained money and are not proceeds of any criminal activity.
• You are the authorized owner or user of the payment method used.
• You understand that deposited funds are held in your 78go wallet and may be used for wagering on the platform.

78go reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit transaction it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, associated with money laundering, or in violation of applicable Philippine law.

Withdrawal requests on 78go are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed the full KYC verification process before any withdrawal is approved.
• Withdrawals will, where technically possible, be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit as an anti-money laundering control.
• Any active bonus funds in your wallet that have not yet met wagering requirements are non-withdrawable. Only cleared, wagering-compliant real-money balances may be withdrawn.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per payment method and are displayed in your account dashboard at the time of the request.
• 78go targets same-day processing for verified accounts; however, processing times may vary based on your payment provider's clearing schedule.

78go reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal request, including requests for source-of-funds documentation, as required by PAGCOR anti-money laundering guidelines. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in the withdrawal request being declined.

78go offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free game credits. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable turnover multiple will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited time only. Bonus funds that expire before wagering requirements are met will be forfeited automatically.
• Different games may contribute at different rates toward the wagering requirement. Live dealer games and sports betting wagers may contribute at a lower rate than slots. Contribution rates are specified per promotion.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• 78go reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• 78go reserves the right to disqualify any player from a promotion where it suspects misuse, abuse, or exploitation of the promotional structure.

All games available on the 78go platform are governed by their respective game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules prevail with respect to that game.

All casino games on the 78go platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently verified by the relevant game provider. Live dealer games are conducted by trained human dealers in licensed studios. 78go does not control, alter, or influence game outcomes after the RNG certification of its providers.

In the event of a technical malfunction or error affecting a game round — including server disconnection, incorrect payout calculation, or display error — 78go reserves the right to void affected bets and return the wagered amounts to players' wallets. Winnings generated from demonstrably erroneous game states are not valid and will not be honored.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 78go platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or using the platform while under 21 years of age.
• Operating more than one account, or using another player's account credentials.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Engaging in chip dumping, collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated unfair play.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities or using 78go for money laundering or financial crime.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity documents during KYC verification.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, threatening behavior, or abusive communication toward 78go staff or other players.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any other player's account or to 78go's backend systems.

78go is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. The platform provides the following tools to all registered players to support healthy gaming behavior:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly caps on total deposits.
• Loss limits: Configurable thresholds that restrict further wagering once a defined loss amount is reached within a period.
• Session time limits: Automatic session cutoffs after a player-defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporary account restrictions from 24 hours up to 30 days, activated immediately on request.
• Self-exclusion: Voluntary permanent or long-term exclusion from the 78go platform, effective immediately upon request through the account dashboard or by contacting support.

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• The account has been used for fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited activities.
• The player's continued use of the platform poses a risk of harm to themselves or others.
• Regulatory or legal obligations require the account to be closed.

Upon account closure for cause, any Bonus Funds and winnings generated through prohibited conduct will be permanently forfeited. Real-money deposits that are not connected to the violation may be returned at 78go's discretion following a review period. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 78go, its operators, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or account access due to technical failures.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or platform unavailability.
• Game malfunction or technical errors in third-party game software.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.

78go's aggregate liability to any player for any single claim shall not exceed the value of the player's real-money account balance at the time the claim arises. The 78go platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

All content on the 78go platform — including but not limited to the 78go name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software code, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 78go or its licensed third-party providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the 78go platform without prior written consent from 78go.

The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information by 78go is governed by the 78go Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering on the platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

78go collects and processes personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification (KYC/AML), fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement. Your data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, your account, or your use of the 78go platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith through direct negotiation. Players are encouraged to contact 78go support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution.

78go reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 78go will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the platform or by email to the address registered on their account.

Continued use of the 78go platform following the publication of any updated Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request voluntary account closure. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page.
